Smoking
Two ways:
  • Gradually reducing the frequency
  • Leaving it completely in one go
While the latter is difficult to do because of the sudden withdrawal symptoms that you might face.But there are ways that you can cut down on the number of cigarettes that you smoke per day

  1. Try cut down the number of cigarettes (reduce it by 1 every 2-3 days)
  2. Never smoke the entire cigarette, always leave half of it.
  3. No smoking in Public places.
  4. Try avoiding cigarette at Home.
  5. Avoid the company of smokers
  6. Find substitutes, like chewing gum,sweets etc
  7. Keep a track of you smoking.\
  8. In severe cases consult your doctor with NRT (nicotine replacement therapy)
