- Try cut down the number of cigarettes (reduce it by 1 every 2-3 days)
- Never smoke the entire cigarette, always leave half of it.
- No smoking in Public places.
- Try avoiding cigarette at Home.
- Avoid the company of smokers
- Find substitutes, like chewing gum,sweets etc
- Keep a track of you smoking.\
- In severe cases consult your doctor with NRT (nicotine replacement therapy)
